Born out of the devastation of the May 16, 2025 tornado, Reclaim & Rise STL is LaLa Speaks Foundation’s long-term recovery initiative serving underserved communities in North St. Louis and beyond. We are committed to restoring lives, not just homes by offering trauma-informed care, shelter access, workforce development, and community rebuilding resources, all at no cost to participants.

Sharing Hope
Culturally responsive mental health education led by Black professionals in partnership with NAMI St. Louis. These in-person sessions provide support for residents navigating trauma, grief, and displacement, with a focus on healing through shared experience and trusted conversation.

Access free digital tools to build your resume, strengthen career skills, and prepare for today’s workforce. Whether you're job hunting, reentering, or upskilling, this accessible resource supports economic mobility and confidence.
Unapologetically Impactful: Nonprofit 101
A no-fluff training series for new and aspiring nonprofit leaders. This 8-part program equips participants with clarity, structure, and real-world tools to build sustainable, mission-driven organizations—especially for those serving communities with limited access to capacity-building support.
